We purchased what we thought was a brand new HP laptop charger from vendor “battery-vendor.com” but we were sold a used and suspect battery and given the latest circumstances with batteries exploding, we cannot take this colossal risk in the lab especially with all the oxygen tanks and other flammable chemicals there. Vendor is not honoring the 30 day money back guarantee and offering only a 15 dollar credit. Additionally the vendor admitted to committing import fraud by stating "covered the HP logo to avoid the customs inspect. " Please see attached documentation sent to our credit card company.
