I wanted to let you know that the issue with our phone system that had prevented you from seeing your options has been resolved and fixed as a result of this issue we have added the option to where you can schedule your payment at a future date. So please take care of this today. I believe it or call us back or go to our website to handle this. The website address is go to PCM.com that is GOP OPC in.com. Please take action and at least get some type of small monthly payment plan set up here to stop interest collections and credit reporting as applicable on this account. Currently we don't have any debt forgiveness form sent on this account so it is still owed. I just need to do the right thing here and resolve our client's account has been outstanding for part(?)....
