Company: Herbaluxy Product: Lanthome Teeth Whitening Pen On Facebook I ordered this product and purchased it on 2/1/23 for $19 as advertised. With shipping it came to be $24.99. On 2/14/23 I emailed the Company stating that I had not received the product yet. They replied and I will send a copy of that reply. They sent me a link to track the delivery of the item. On 2/24/23 I received a note from my Postal Service saying that I had a package that required additional postage of $5.25. When I checked the tracking site for this item it showed that it was located at my local Post Office. I sent an email to them on 2/25/23 asking why I was being charged for additional postage when I already paid for shipping and handling. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on 2/27/23 asking for a phone number for customer service. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on 3/1/23 stating that I was still waiting on an answer regarding the postage. No response! So, I went to the Post Office to pick up the package. When I handed the Postmaster the note that they left he said you have been scammed. He gave me the package and it was marked as fraudulent postage. He said something that they were reusing the same labels? I went ahead and paid the extra postage of $5.25. When I got home I opened the package to find that the products box was opened on both ends. No safety seal. I took the product out of the box and again there was no safety seal on it. This product is not safe to use! The brand Lanthome was not located on the products box as shown on their website. Once again, I emailed them with all of this information and informed them that I was going to report them to the BBB. I also asked to be refunded the full amount of $24.99 plus $5.25 for additional postage. This product is not safe to use due to opened box with no safety seals on box or on actual whitening pen. I don’t even know if this is the legitimate product or one that they produced to look like the product. Please help by informing consumers that this Company is a SCAM.
