Siastore sells on a website that is based on selling video games. They put themselves in a mix of other legitimate sellers who sell game keys, but they sell steam accounts with the game. This is against steam TOS which can/will get the account shut down and lose the digital purchase. They dance around the bare minimum into tricking people into thinking they are purchasing game keys, and not accounts. Just googling them shows how often this happens and they will NOT refund you any money while you didn't receive the product. Selling accounts means they have full access to these which at any point can remove your access, take back when you paid for and resell it. I've contacted them about a refund as I didn't receive what I paid for and they deny it. A chargeback had to be placed and my account was banned.
