ReposvioLKS, LLC operates a website https://reposviocomp.com/ which allegedly sells repossessed cars, boats, RVs, and heavy equipment. They claim to sell repossessed vehicles for Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and other big-name banks. I was looking for a used boat on Facebook and came across their ad for a boat of the type I was looking for. I did a Google search for reposviocomp.com and found a few websites (Reddit, https://pudolamellibranchiata.com/posts/site-identify/ , https://thymolsulphonephthalein.com/posts/site-identify/ , https://poltetrafluoroethylene.com/posts/site-identify/ ) where people allegedly made purchases from them and were happy with the purchase and the service. I was in a hurry so I didn't do a thorough background search but signed up for the auctions (where you had to enter a photo of your driver's license) and bid on a boat. I won the auction but wanted to determine if it was a legitimate company before sending that much money. I searched the Ohio Secretary of State database for ReposvioLKS and there was nothing. At the bottom of one page, I noticed that it said KSERAssets, LLC in Nebraska, so I searched the Nebraska Secretary of State website for both names in case ReposvioLKS was a dba, but neither company was listed. I also checked the Ohio SOS for KSERAssets and it is not registered there either. I searched Dun & Bradstreet, Better Business Bureau, TrustPilot, and CreditSafe for both names - again nothing. I called the telephone number listed in case they are registered under another name. I got a voicemail with a foreign female voice saying no one was available to take the call. I decided the company doesn't exist and the website is a fraud. I later received a phone call from the same number ((216) 202-5448) saying I won the auction and they wanted me to wire the payment. I said I needed to verify the company is legitimate first and could they please give me their registration information. The girl (foreign) said the company name is ReposvioLKS and I could check with the Ohio Secretary of State and Ohio Better Business Bureau to confirm they are legit, so could I send the payment. Because I had already checked those sources, I knew it was not true. Please check this company and, if I am correct that it is a scam, list it on your website to prevent others from being scammed. They have quite a few listings on the Facebook marketplace where many people search for these vehicles.
