My wife located the business on Facebook, as a seller of women's clothing. She mention she would like a couple items for Christmas. On 10-28-22 @ 9:08am est. I made the first purchase for a shirt at the cost of $28.99 plus $5.95 shipping for a total of $34.99. I did receive a confirmation email about my order, and an order #. This confirmation email came from a different email address "[email protected]" On 11-13-22 @ 4:32pm est. I made a second purchase from this business for another shirt at the cost of $32.99 plus $5.95 shipping for a total of $38.94. Which I also receive a confirmation email for as well as an order #. This confirmation email came from "[email protected]" As of 11-28-22, I had not received the first item purchased. I emailed the company using their provided email address "[email protected]". I asked for a status update for the item I had purchased on 10-28-22 and provided the order#. Their response is listed below. "We are working on finishing your order. Our normal turn around time is 10-15 business days. The cow tie dyes do take a little longer to make due to the extensive bleaching we do on them to achieve the cow look on them. We do have that information posted in the description of the cow dye item that you ordered. We should have your order finished soon and you will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order ships out :) Thanks so much. How would you rate my reply? Great Okay Not Good -- Jennifer Watson [email protected]" I did eventually receive the first item I purchased. However the second item has yet to be delivered. I have emailed the business numerous times with no response. Since then I have located several reviews and comments from others online that state they have had the same issues with this business. Some have stated they have also reported this business to the BBB. The website "dallasdirtroads.com" appears to have been taken down as it now takes you to a blank website. Their Facebook page is still active, but no posts have been made since 1-4-23. At the time of writing this it is 2-17-2023.
