I received a friend request from a person on FaceBook Messenger. I thought I knew this person but actually she wasn't contacting me. The person immediately started to tell me about a way that they knew someone who could help me pay all my bills. There was this special program to help people having problems paying their bills. I told them that I didn't need any help with the program but they kept sending me messages and a fake email from a lawyer named, John Smith Law Firm. This is the email that was sent to me, m.me/attorney.johnsmith.fgov.18. I clicked on the email and this person created a false application. I knew something was wrong when they asked for my drivers license. License was misspelled! I didn't give them my license nor my social security number. I became very suspicious and deleted my information from them and blocked them. I haven't heard from them anymore. The person is an older Caucasian man.
