I order the product at the end of December 2022 using PayPal and my CC. I received absolutely nothing from the company in regard to order confirmation or shipping information. I contacted PayPal and started a dispute and emailed the company asking to cancel my order and refund my money. I finally received an email from them with a BS story about their shipping company could not send information. I waited another 2 weeks, Feb 13th, 2023, and escalated my dispute to a claim with PayPal. Finally last night I received shipping information that I still cannot verify. I searched this company on the internet and found several complaints that indicated the company is a Scam. People never received the product or what they received was not what was ordered. Of course, PayPal washes their hands of this issue. I will no longer use PayPal as I feel they are enabling these companies with delayed responses on their end and require immediate responses from consumers or the claims get dropped!!! A Chinese company enabling another Chinese company to take advantage of consumers.
