Description
The company advertised custom beef jerky products in heart shapes. I ordered on Feb 1 and still had not received it or info by Feb 13. I reach out and go no answer but then got a call back. The person in a non-english accent said they had shipped and delivered the items to my home on Feb 4. These items were never delivered. They never sent a shipping confirmation or tracking information. They said they would file a complaint with USPS and that their email system had been messed up. They attempted to send me an order confirmation which says is also faked. Using a link: *********************************************************************** - they said the order was on it's way (feb 4) - out for delivery on (Feb 6) and then delivered (Feb 4). This is definitely a fake company with a really good social marketing appeal.
