I ordered a large size set of nativity scene. I paid full amount for it plus insurance fee to the Seller. And unfortunately I received a tiny item cheaply made that is not even close to what is shown on the sellers website. This Seller is using false advertising to sell their product and rip off people which is illegal. Additionally, it states on their website that customer pays for the shipping once and that it would include a return shipping. In the messenger the Seller told me that they will not cover return shipping. Again, it is misleading information. They lie on their website. They did not provide me with complete return address. It is missing a street number, zip code. I believe that the reason behind it so that the package never gets returned and they won’t pay me money back.
