I was trying to get an EIN number generated and was in a bit of a hurry. I did a search via Google and was pretty sure I was on the official IRS website. Somehow, I got directed to this taxidsupport.com website which charged me $250.00 to generate an EIN number. I later found the correct web page on the REAL IRS website and was able to generate an EIN at no charge. I sent a followup email to [email protected] requesting a refund but got no response.
