Description
I ordered something on free trial, but there must have been fine print about auto reorder. I attempted to reverse it on January 6th but I still got the product. I sent IN WRITING on January 6th to cancel it, but ended up keeping the product . Now, I got charged again, I called to cancel, but they won't reverse the charges or acknowledge the mistake. I cancelled in writing on January 6th and expected this to be done. At minimum I want the 240 back, but really this scam cost me 480.
