I purchased this automatic curling iron not knowing at the time the company was in Italy. Upon arrival the curling iron was broken and did not heat up it was broken. So I looked up there return policy and started the process for return to get a return label. They said they could not except my claim and would not let me return the item. They also said for my inconvenience they would refund $4USD for my inconvenience. I didn’t pay for dollars I wanted a full refund for receiving a broken product from there company. I wanted to still return the item and therms are refusing to give me a return label to return the broken item. Nobody should have to go threw this. I did everything they asked me to do I took pictures and a video of the item and sent to them like they asked. I also explained the problem to them and they still refused me a return label. No they are ignoring me and will not respond back. Nobody should have to go threw this when buying anything and receive a broken item.
