I ordered from their website. They use Shopify for the transaction. I never received the product. I have reached out via email multiple times. I have received a response a few times. Initially, they explained how they are a small company and busy around the holidays. They would promise a new date the item would ship by. That would never happen. I began requesting a cancellation and refund. The most recent response was that they would reach back out when this was completed. Initial order was one 12-2-22. Most recent respond about the cancel and refund was on 1-9-23. It still has not happened. Multiple people on social media comment on their page now warning people it is a scam. They delete the comments. Their website is still up and running and you can still place orders.
