on Dec. 15, 22, My computer locked up and I called Microsoft support number 800-642-7676 The person I reached Alex told me they were 3rd party support for microsoft and he gained agreement on support services and amount. He Alex gained control of my computer and showed me why it locked up and how hackers were already stealing my files and he was going to clean it up. He Alex put software on my computer and accessed remotely and the tech support number he added was 518-300-1106 and wanted me to go to my online back account to send a payment and I thought that was scetchy and I told him i did not know my password and i would send later which i did initiatethe next day sending $863.00 from my other computer. He had me send the check to Fortune Kart LLC 400 Pryer street SW 4025, Atlanta, GA 30303. One week later he calls back and ask if everything is ok with my computer. There was also a women who followed up asking me about the computer a few days later. Three weeks later Alex calls and says that their servers were down and they would be out of business for 6-9 months and he needed to issue a refund. He wanted me to get on the computer 5-10 minutes so he could take off the software that he had installed for support and how to request a refund check for what I paid that we could go online and he would help me fill out the form. I asked him (Alex) to send me a check and he said that their bank accounts had been frozen. That is when I got a professional IT person involved because that smelled tooo fishy. The person (Alex) has called me about two dozen times and I have answered only one from a Seattle 206 number that I thought could be Microsoft. the call came from 206-207-1718 I called with call blocking *67 then that number someone named Jason answered. I have had to spend a great amount of money to get a professional it person to clean up my computer and take away the access from this person.
