Saw womens clothing on Instagram site called Tluly. Went on my computer, looked up the website and placed an order. They claimed to be out of the US, but all communication has been obviously NOT from the US (my guess is China). They claimed to have shipped my order, but the USPS tracking they gave me clearly says the item was not shipped, only labled. I ordered on December 3 and have written them multiple times that I have NOT received the order and the tracking proves it has not shipped. I've asked for my money back repeatedly and they simply respond "be patient". It's a scam. It's definately NOT a U.S. company shipping within the U.S. as they claim. This is also the other email address that sends message from "Tluly": [email protected]
