I bought a wireless Hp Printer & needed help to hook it up to my desktop computer. A man named James Franklin said he was a HP computer expert & would troubleshoot. His phone number is 1-844-717-1222 He had me give him access to my computer so he could be in control. After a couple of hours on the phone he claimed he couldn't fix the problem unless I bought a "computer protection" program for him that would cost me several hundreds of dollars! I declined and have since returned the Hp printer to the store. But I think he put some kind of bug into my computer as I am unable to hook up any printers! Please investigate! Thank you for your time, BBB!
