Description

This is a sports jersey website. Listing many colleges, pro teams, etc...jerseys and player names available. They actually use high profile athlete names and claim to have very hard to find jerseys in youth sizes (Magic Johnson Michigan State Basketball Jersey in youth small sizing). Placed the order for this item payment submitted. Received a confirmation email that then listed there would possibly be international currency exchanges that my increase the costs in addition to your bank fees for international charges. This did happen as the bank hit me with a $2.95 fee for international charges. Total bill with the fees was $101.44 (jersey cost was $98.49 that I agreed to pay on the website). Claimed to have item within a couple weeks....took almost 6 weeks to receive. When we opened the package, we received a very poorly constructed Philadelphia Eagles Football Jersey with the name Kelce stitched on the back who doesn't even play for the team. Patches throughout the jersey poorly sewn on with loose threads throughout the jersey and poor placement of the Superbowl Championship patch on the front side of the jersey. Contacted their customer support line requesting a refund and shipping label to return the item (not willing to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement jersey). Representative wrote back that we could keep the jersey and they would refund 50%. We stated that wasn't acceptable as we wanted a basketball jersey from a local school and got a football jersey of a team no one cares for in the household. Received a second response from customer service listed how they incurred a great loss but were willing to still send the 50% refund which would take 3-25 days and told to keep looking at our account. Have yet to receive any refund or exchange at this point. This company is misleading in every way. Never listed it was an international company (until payment was processed and it appeared on the bank statement that way), not did they list the international currency exchange potential along with local bank fees that would be incurred, and finally sent a very poorly constructed jersey from the wrong team and sport all the while claiming their jerseys to be authentic Nike/NFL/NBA jerseys which you pay more for to get. Cheaper jerseys are offered at a reduced price on their website. We purchased an authentic MSU Magic Johnson Basketball Jersey. In the end, false advertising (authentic jersey), poor construction, international fees, and poor customer service. They write the customer stating the huge loss they are taking by refunding you 50%, BUT that is still a huge profit line when you see what you actually get in the mail. They are using tactics that most people will not follow up on and just accept the wrong product and get 50% of their money back (fake jersey poorly constructed probably cost them $2 to make and they get $50 from the customer)
