I purchased items from their website Oct 24th 2022. I did not receive the items and have contacted them via email 16 times. I was offered a 60% refund which I declined. I demanded a full refund and was promised that 12-13-2022 and have yet to receive my money back. Here is the last email that I received from their support team <[email protected]> Dear, I'm sorry for the trouble it caused you. The refund has been returned to your payment account and it always takes 15-25 days to reach your account. Cash and bank transfers take longer, depending on the processing time of different banks.
