Message from a Mr. Daniels at payments processing claiming to be attempting to contact one final time after many failed attempts via mail and phone, to offer reconciliation before the further penalty is applied. Mr. Daniels's tone and tenor, along with his language, sound somewhat threatening. Mr. Daniels was consisting that my deceased grandmother owe a debt. I don't understand the nature of this call. Please help with this ongoing problem.
