This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Clicked on Balsam Hill Trees on Facebook and was directed to a Christmas tree Warehouse Clearance Site. I ordered a tree for $79 and I got an email confirming my order and they said it would be delivered in one to two weeks. Gave me an order number to track. So I waited 2 weeks and attempted to track my order. The email directed me to the legitimate Balsam Hill website and when I put order number in they had no order under my name or number. On my credit card the 79$ was charged to Sale Shop Bangkok Ban. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and should get my money back. The site is still going strong on Facebook.
