I have called this company numerous times, either on hold or was told to leave a message. On 12/27/2022, I finally reached a person in regards to my refund. Mind you, the purchase was made on 07/06/2022… First time I mailed product back, it was returned to me w/ no such address. I remailed the “SUPER SLIM” haha back again and now they have no record of receiving the returned product. I need a tracking number?? From July 6 2022? They took my money though!!! And the product was of low quality and made me sick.. I was told to put an RMA NUMBER ON PACKAGE WHICH I DID AS INSTRUCTED. $ 272.93, that is the money out. It was to be a free trial and was to pay S&H and next thing you know, charged 272.93. I am very upset, it’s not my fault someone did not do their job. I have my bank statement. That apparently was a third party, listed as KETOBST, out of Sandusky OH… BUYER BEWARE!! Can the BBB HELP ME?? I hope so in some way.. thank you for your time.
