I made a purchase on WayRates.com I order 4 items a Jacket @ 51.89, a sweater @ 21.89, pair of Pants @ 48.89, the T shirt was a gift. The sent me the Swear, Pants and the gift T-Shirt. I order a 31.5 waist pants they sent me a 33.5 waist pants, and I order a L sweater the sent me an XL sweater. I did not receive the Jacket, it is has been processing for over a month. When I contacted them they wanted to give me a 31. dollar store voucher and told me to keep the cloths. Never mention anything about the JAcket they did not send me. I told them I have no use for the cloths because they don't fit, and asked them for a return process for a refund. They stop talking to me at this point, and have my jacket. The return policy on ther website is If the items are incoorect they would process a refund and allow me to return the item. Basically they are stone walling me for my money back or any agreement to return the items. And pretty much rip me off on the 51.89 for the Jacket they did not send me.
