Alcon Laboratories d/b/a Alconchoice.com sells contact lenses. They posted fliers at my eye doctor's office promising a $200.00 rebate for new customers who purchased $500.00 or more of their product. I purchased contact lenses on 7/19/2022 for $619.00 and submitted my rebate claim. I would not have purchased the brand without the rebate offer. I called Alcon on 8/23/2022 to check on the status of my rebate claim and spoke with a customer service representative who was issued claim number ULZGGPRMZX. I never received my rebate and called back on 11/28/2022 and spoke with a customer service representative who tried to help me. She issued me a new claim number MKLCDQDDRL, however, I never received my rebate. I then called back on 12/23/2022 and spoke with a "Matt". He reviewed my claim history, but did not understand why I never received my $200.00 rebate.
