My company gifted me a $100 e-gift card however the e-gift card was not able to be used unless I would purchase an entire different gift card on their website in the amount gifted to me (ie. target, chilis etc) However, everytime I would try I received and error message for every single card I tried to purchase, going based off the information and instructions on their website. After attempting 100 times I reach out to customer service and they have you on hold for 30min and the 1st two times I got someone and they would hear me walk through and then say "let me place you hold" then I would hold and after that they would answer and then hang up. it happened 5 times throughout the entire day and my work shift till 8pm on Dec 20 2022
