The website oliverswandshop.com ran an ad on tiktok that featured a personalized hogwarts letter that they can send to someone as a gift. I clicked on the ad, it took me to a site, and I purchased the letter as a gift to my daughter. They charged my credit card $29.99 on December 2nd. There was also a .30 foreign transaction fee. I sent a follow up email to them on December 12th about the status of my order. I received a reply on December 13th that said, "We had an internal error with tracking numbers that is being sorted. Everyone will be getting updates with their correct tracking numbers in the next few days." The email address was sent by [email protected] via ksdn.klaviyomail.com. That was my first clue that this might be a scam. I did some research on google and found other people having the same issues. I then went to oliverswandshop.com again and many of the pages are either not secure or not even found.
