He was selling tiny lots through www.landwatch.com /land.com by payment implements or 595.00 on time payment which I paid. September 21,2022 the lot was purchased. I received a quit claim notarized deed on September 22,2022 for land located in California 93453 near Corona trail between Maricopa county and San Luis Obispo. The deed didn't have an accurate address or property APN number. An APN is needed to register the land and to get the proper building permits. I contact him then he tells me he still owe on the property and will have taxes fully paid by 3/2023. He continued to write through an online email message, I can go to the property and begin building or whatever I wanted to do. In which I knew it wasn't true. I asked for a refund numerous times and received an excuse. Finally he claims today November 29,2022 he refunded me my $595 two days ago that has not been posted to my account as of now. I also contacted the online website letting them know they should conduct a thorough background check on the sellers that post property on their website because it does reflect their company overall. They responded with a message stating I should do my due diligence before buying. That was kind of harsh, because the information not included in the property description would've taken some inside knowledge in order to know. That information was not stated, that's what made it appear as a sign of a scam.
