Description
Deceptive website. Shows on Google as”Hewlett-Packard Packard Help Desk”. Clicks on it and it has you enter your CHAT question first. It the same pops up and ask for $1 (shows as refundable). Then it charges you $46 fir a membership. Cancelled immediately on website and also called. I was told I would not get my money back. It was very deceptive. If not why my did they charge $1 and then charge $46 separately.
