I booked fully refundable tickets through businessclassair.com. This company’s practices are fraudulent and deceptive. Beware. Do not book through them. Please don’t make my mistake and trust what thrav agent says. My return flight on LOT were cancelled and the agent never notified, but just cancelled our entire reservation which included the outbound flight on Luftansa. I called the airline directly to get more info. Airlines couldn’t help my because my tickets were purchased by businessclassair.com using a strangers frequent flier miles. Businessclassair.com will not refund our money, they only want to issue a credit. They have told us that the airlines changed the policy from fully refundable fares to non-refundable. Which is not true according to the DOT. They have admitted that our tickets were refundable but they refuse to give a refund. Save your hard earned money.
