Description
HomeServe targets senior citizens. HomeServe tricks people into buying insurance for pipes. The pipes are connected to septic tanks and sewer lines. HomeServe sends the customer/victim a letter in the mail. The wording of the letter is intended to make the customer/victim panic. HomeServe attempts to coerce the customer/victim into buying insurance. But HomeServe is committing fraud because the "insurance" they offer does NOT actually cover anything that might break. There is a special section of the contract termed, "Exclusions". So, HomeServe conveniently has a section of the contract that will automatically deny any claim sent in by the customer/victim. The crimes committed by HomeServe are even worse because HomeServe targets elderly people. Elderly people might not immediately recognized that the "insurance" is really fraudulent. I hope that you will do something to stop this criminal activity.
