I did a Google search for certain Hewlett-Packard ink cartridges for my printer. This business, Jacksilverhome.com came up with the least expensive ink. I ordered one cartridge and in the secure SSL webpage I entered my name, address, phone number and credit card information. It prompts you to create a user account with a username and password. I received a confirmation email immediately thereafter however 15 days later I still have not received my two day shipping package. When I “track order“ it still says my order is in processing. I called the 800 number and it’s not in service. I called the 601 Mississippi area code and I get a recording stating “this is not Jack silver home, if you’re waiting for an ink cartridge You’re out of luck, this is a scam company!“ I then called back to record that outgoing message and a lady answered with the same voice as the outgoing message but this time her voice stated “Jack silver home“ as if she was ready to service a customer. Don’t know if this is harvesting your credit card and personal data for future scamming or some other reason to run this type of scam. BUT ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM!
