This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I went to my bank to make a deposit and found a fraudulent charge of $19.99 to this company named "Distrokid" (this companies' name came from my bank). I went online to find their website and there isn't one. I searched for their phone #, no number found. I reported them to the FTC #104430695 just now 2/27/2019; and then I called Zendesk as per how they seem to be connected with them (distrokid.zendesk.com) spoke with an Emily there (and told her all the measures I have taken to try and solve this fraudulent money they took from me), and that is ticket #4363572 at Zendesk.
