This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
According to federal law a service dog must meet certain criteria, as well as the handler. Service dogs must be specifically task trained, public access trained, and adhere to a strict code of behavior. The handler must also have a disability as defined by the ADA and diagnosed by a doctor. This company offers fraudulent "registration" and identification of pets so that people can claim them as service animals. Not only are service dogs not required to be registered, a registry does not exist and this company is fraudulently charging people money to register pets as service animals. This is illegal.
