Description
I ordered 100% Natural Linen King-size bed set on 10/13/2025. Received an email saying the product is on the way on 12/6/2025 from "David" at Linen Roots. Since the product didn't arrive, I contacted them again to request cancellation and a refund. Received an email from David again, asking for the reason, and confirmed a refund on 1/2/2026. I contacted again and got another email from David saying they are in the process of issuing my refund on 1/19/2026. but i have never received the refund till today, 4/24/2026. The reason I am reporting this is that the email I sent today has not reached Linen Roots.
