I ordered Nobl luggage two weeks ago and only part of order came. Phone number given is not active. I have sent an email they stated yes we see it wasn’t delivered someone will contact you in 24/48 hours. No contact was made. I sent an email again with no response. Order was paid in full. They didn’t send the most expensive part of the set.
