Description

I clicked on a website that looked exactly like the la Roche Posay website because it was showing that there was a huge sale. The entire site was laid out very convincingly and looked official. I tried to buy $35 worth of products (that would typically cost over $100), and I used my Amex card. I then got an email from Amex saying my card could not be added to Apple Pay. I thought it was just a fluke so I tried with my discover card and it said it wasn’t supported, despite the site showing that they take discover cards. I tried a third time, this time with my Amex again, but immediately realized the actual website domain was actually Larochepesay NOT Larocheposay (despite the whole site saying larocheposay). I exited the screen immediately but I am now worried that they have my info from multiple different cards. I do not want anyone else to go through this and now I am paranoid that sensitive financial information of mine has been compromised.
