I purchased a dress from Babyboo Fashion - the item came and was terrible quality, not at all what was advertised so I initiated a return. They made the return process easy and simple, but did not clarify at any stage that ALL returns warrant a store credit. This is an insane business practice - all reputable companies offer full refunds within a certain time frame. I returned my item a week after receiving, well within reasonable limits. It's clearly a scam and a ploy to take people's money.
