I was marketed to get the game Kingshot , owned by Century Games. Playing this online RPG game we are recommended to make purchases to upgrade and improve game performance and activate better features. Packages start out at $0.99, $1.99, $4.99, $19.99, $49.99 and $99.99. After playing the game approximately a year payments were a little over $5,000.00. I noticed a charge I did not recognize so I went to my payment method and requested approximately $36.00 refund. The payment was refunded and then Century Games placed a complete block on the game. Whenever I log on, I receive a pop-up explaining I must buy the refunded amount and I can not use any of the features of the game. Century Games called this a partial-block because I still can make purchases. However, I can not do the basic features of the game including communicating with team mates. I have asked they take whatever resources the $36.00 had given my account. Century Games does not take back these virtual reality resources and demand I reimburse them. Later on Century Games Customer Service allowed me to identify and return unused resources such as VIP rewards totaling 500 points easily returned by allowing them to take 1000 gems. I have millions of gems. Then they wanted 15 (10 stamina) packages. I purchased over 150 stamina points through gems for them to reverse those. Then they ask that I purchase a pack of 10 generation 4 governor gear widgets. This is another attempt for them to force me to spend money on their product instead of just removing it from my account. They never ending black-mail do this or you can't play the game anymore should be addressed and documented so other players do not invest and lose the ability to use the gaming service they purchased. I have communicated with them for months and Century Games Customer Service wants money or no resolution. The Customer Service Team quoted me the Terms and Conditions of the game to basically request and wait for approval to refunds. I warn other users and RPG game investors to be careful when making purchases from Century Games PTE LTD.
