On February 21, 2026 I ordered a replacement Large 64 Oz Ounce Food Processor Bowl Only for my Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System from Leatherxkits.com. They charged my credit card immediately. I received a Order # *************. That page said I would receive a "confirmation email with my order number shortly". I never received said email. On February 28, 2026 I emailed them. The email bounced back undelivered. Also, the zip code I copy and pasted into your form was "invalid". I needed to remove it to continue. They claim "Leatherxkits Inc is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service." The following is the information on their Contact Page: "We’re here to assist you with any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding our products, orders, or policies. Please reach out through the following channels, and our customer service team will respond within 24-48 business hours (excluding major U.S. holidays). Email Support: [email protected] (for all inquiries, including order tracking, returns, privacy requests, product questions, and technical support) Customer Service Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST Return Mailing Address: leatherxkits.com Returns Department, 456 Lighting Way, Suite 123, Chicago, IL 60601, USA" No phone number is provided to reach them. The zip code is apparently not valid because your website told me that. the first time i emailed I used the above "no reply" email. The second time I emailed them I used another email [email protected] which I found at the end of their Terms of Service page. Both emails were returned.
