Description

I used a credit card to purchase clothing. I purchased pants, shirts and shoes on 01/21/2026 on the online website LightInTheBox. The purchase amount was $489.85 cents. The package was ready to ship according to tracking information on 01/29/2026. The package arrived at the GOFO regional hub on 02/08/2026 at 15:08. The package was supposed to be delivered to me on 02/12/2026. When the tracking information updated it stated Hold for Instructions Requested. Issues and Tracking support, contact GOFO at +1 949 688-6032 or [email protected]. I contacted GOFO and they informed me they could not deliver the package because the package was damaged. A GOFO representative told me to contact the seller to get additional information on how to resolve the issue. I put in about 6 tickets to the LightInTheBox email that I was told to contact regarding my purchase. I have gotten nothing but the run around from the person that responded to my message named Danica from customer service. Today on 02/26/2026 the tracking information updated and stated that my package was delivered. I have not received my package. Yesterday on 02/25/2026 I message Danica via email stating that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and pursue legal action if this situation was not resolved and I was not given a refund for my purchase. Today on 02/26/2026 when I went on the tracking link to see if anything changed regarding my package it said delivered. The tracking link is https://www.yuntrack.com/Track/Detail/YT2603000705666318. Order number #2601212186685141. GOFO Express told me they could not deliver my package even when I told them I would accept it if there was damage. They told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and received a response from Danica. I just want a refund at this point. I have got nothing but a runaround from GOFO express as well as the representatives at LightInTheBox customer service. ***** ******* ** ****** ******** ******** *** ******* **** ********* ** ***** I believe that the workers at GOFO decided to keep my package and report it damaged so that they could steal it. This is an assumption. The fact remains that I have not received my package. Nor have I received a refund for the merchandise that I purchased. I do not have the purchase in my possession. I have looked at online reviews regarding GOFO and this is a problem that other people have reported. Basically, buying items and not receiving the items. Please help me resolve this issue.
