I attempted to order 2 sleep apnea pillows, 2 pillow cases, and 2 free sleep masks from the Airway Technology website. My credit card was charged $116.45. I received a confirmation email and was encouraged through the confirmation, to download the Shop app to track the shipment. I was suspicious at this point, I should have known better already. I received an email update saying the shipping was delayed & could receive a 10% discount on a future order(I wasn't about to order something else, something seemed weird). The shop app, which also seemed weird, showed that the shipment was on its way, but the status was unknown. Finally, I filled out an online form from the company and basically what my experience had been so far. I was trying to be patient with the holidays and winter storm issues and delivery delays, but I was getting very suspicious at this point. Team Airway Technology emailed me back, apologizing for the delays and said the shipment carrier, USPS, was experiencing delays and in turn, was reflecting inconsistent updates and made it look like nothing was happening with the order. To apologize for the inconvenience, Team Airway Technology offered me a 30% refund, which I actually received. They said I would receive my order in the next few business days. That email was sent to me on January 17, 2026. As of today, February 9, 2026, I still haven't received my order. I feel like such a fool, who does this to people?! The website even claims to give 3% of each order to the Alzheimer's Association. That's terrible! Just today, I received 2 emails advertising the pillows and apparently, now they are trying to sell mouth guards. They also claim to offer full 120 day refunds, no questions asked. It's also aggravating to see the many advertising emails claiming fast shipping, most 5-7 business days. Yeah right, I wish!
