Made a purchase using the Shop App. As I’ve done in the past. I kept reaching out because the delivery was taking too long. Originally upon purchase it stated 5 to 7 business days for delivery. I keep reaching out and they keep sending me a link for tracking that does not work. I recieved an empty envelope last week of January. Now their customer service finally replied stating it was delivered. I asked where did the package came from I have yet to receive it. Customer stopped all correspondence with me. I basically was robbed for $24.95 for an empty envelope.
