Ordered product because I was told there was a 60 day window to return product for 100% refund and product didn't have to be returned. Coaching phone calls would be informative and free. After emails describing the amount of product to use which were incorrect as they used tablets, drops and caplets in the description, this was a liquid. The coaching phone call was a joke and a waste of time, all they asked was what I wanted to do and if I wanted more coaching I had to pay for it. I said I wanted to return the product and get my 100% refund, they said to email customer service and hung up. I have been trying to get my money refunded and I will happily send the product back but all they do is offer me a percentage of the amount I paid. They won't give me a return address, they say I never was told I would get 100% back. They treat me like I am an idiot and don't understand anything. I am so disgusted with this so called company and I want my money back!!!
