My 14 yr old son placed an order with this company on 12/31/2025 and never received his order. He used the shop app to pay via Apple Pay. The shop app showed that the order was being shipped and then updated to show that it was still waiting on the order. After 2 weeks my son reached out to Timeloop Visionz to get an update on his order and they told him the order had been shipped. They provided him a 17Track tracking number that began with SDH and told him they passed it off to USPS and to call USPS. USPS stated that they did not have the package and that they could not track it because the tracking number is not for USPS, it was for a company in China. I reached out to the company via email and they told me that we couldn't track it through USPS because it wasn't from them. I advised them that someone from their team provided that information and they apologized and gave a customer service number for China and an email for China. I emailed the company and cc'd them on the email and all I kept receiving was the same copy and pasted response from the previous emails. Apple was not willing to refund the money, they treat Apple Pay the same as cash. My son lost his money and received nothing.
