I ordered the initial product. It arrived. And less than 2 weeks later another $29.99 came out of my account. I never signed up for a subscription. It just came out. 2 more payments came out before I noticed. I looked on the website to be able to cancel a subscription but I saw no where to do so. I then contacted their support email address and demanded a refund. They responded by saying that I signed up for a subscription. I then responded back demanding a refund again. They then told me that my subscription was canceled and to have a nice day. No refund has been processed back to me. I am furious and I want my money back.
