This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I went to check the vin number of a car we recently purchased to see if there was any information about accidents I initially went on carguru.com which redirected me to the vin history website where it led me to believe I would be purchasing a vin report on the vehicle but to my surprise I had subscribed to a service that I didn’t know I subscribed to if there was any content to let anyone you would be subscribing to this service the print is invisible because nothing in the page says anything about a subscription. This business is fraudulent and scamming I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe they even have a customer support number to call which I called and the same woman answers it with a deep accent maybe India, Iran in that category and continues to tell me my card number can not be found when she asked for my name or my card number. I hope these people are caught and prosecuted.
