I first purchased drop cards for a friend on 11/21/25 for $27.99. I then decided to purchase drop cards for myself on 1/13/26 for $31.59. When I returned to check on the status of the shipment I noticed my first order along with my second order had not yet shipped. There is only an email address of the company, so I requested a refund for both orders however I am not receiving any response.
