This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I placed an order on December 22nd and I have not received it. I was then charged again for it. They claimed I signed up for a subscription, but I never did. There is no indication of a subscription service on the website. No way to cancel the subscription. Customer service is no help.
