I ordered a bag as advertised on tiktok. It brought me directly to their website which is still up today advertising sales on most of their items. They took about a month to send me tracking information and the tracking information was completely bogus. It said it was delivered on 12/2/25. I reached out to their customer service email before tracking was sent out because 2 weeks had already passed with no tracking and I did not get a response. Once i got the tracking, I assumed it would actually be delivered and their bogus tracking confirmed delivery when it clearly never shipped. Do not make any purchases from this company. They also claim to have countless great reviews on each product, but there is no where on the website for customers to actually leave reviews so that is a huge red flag. Thankfully, I only bought 1 purse but it is a complete scam of a company.
