Description
I ordered a sweathshirt from a company that described their products as cotton/polyester. It was ordered in November 2025. Did not arrive until beginning of January 2026. I wanted to return the sweatshirt due to its poor quality and the fact there is no cotton in the product and no label to say what the actual material is made of. I emailed them requesting return details. I received an email stating they were offering me a 20% refund and requested I see their return policy. Their policy says if item is received after 30 days, they will not offer a refund. It’s not the amount of money, it’s the fact that they hold the shipment so it doesn’t get delivered until after the window closes for returns and the product is not what they describe on their website. i could not find a physical address for the company and now realize they probably aren’t even in the USA. Someone has to stand up and say, yes I bought into their scam, but maybe I can stop someone else from losing their time and money.
